Biodiversity Services (Temporary Cover)
Position Overview
STRIX is recruiting a Sales Executive to support the preparation and coordination of complex technical-commercial proposals and contribute to the company’s business development activities. This cross-functional role ensures high-quality proposal delivery and consistent collaboration across sales, technical, and project management teams. The position focuses on structuring and coordinating technical and financial offers, fostering client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in biodiversity monitoring and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and prepare detailed technical-commercial proposals in close collaboration with STRIX’s technical teams.
2. Organize internal contributions and documentation to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent submissions.
3. Support outreach and prospecting activities for new clients and opportunities.
4. Structure and present technical and financial proposals aligned with client requirements.
5. Maintain clear communication flows between sales, technical, and management teams throughout each project cycle.
6. Occasionally represent STRIX at international trade fairs, conferences, or client meetings.
What We’re Looking For
a) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ecology or related fields
b) Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical-commercial roles or B2B tendering.
c) Proven ability to manage and structure complex proposals.
d) Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
e) Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
f) Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving commercial objectives.
Desirable Skills
a) Experience in B2B technical sales or public/private procurement processes.
b) Familiarity with proposal lifecycle management tools and processes.
c) Demonstrated responsibility, decision-making ability, and motivation for achieving commercial objectives.
d) Familiarity with CRM software.
